Our Services

Contract Writing & Review

Draft and review Southern California listing and purchase agreements. Prepare and finalize all necessary documents to ensure legal compliance and readiness for electronic delivery to the principal or relevant party in the transaction.

Pre-Listing

Prepare the listing agreement and broker-specific forms; coordinate staging, photography, and post-installation services; arrange for Supra Keybox installation; enter property details into the MLS; upload photos; and an optional post "Just Listed" announcements on social media.

New Escrow Seller

Open escrow and send an introductory letter with a timeline and key dates. Order and prepare seller disclosures and statutory reports. Coordinate with escrow to ensure timely documents, amendments, and concessions.

New Escrow Buyer

Upon receiving the fully executed contract, we review it for completeness, confirm key dates and contingencies, order inspections and reports, and coordinate with escrow and lenders to ensure timely loan approval and document issuance.

New Escrow Dual Agency

This mirrors the New Escrow process with full TC service for dual representation, including a key dates calendar and coordination with Escrow, Title, and Lender to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a successful closing.

Retainer

A 40-hour retainer offering guaranteed, personalized VIP Concierge real estate services and transaction management—custom-tailored to meet your unique professional needs.
