Raquel Bennett is a licensed Realtor® and the Owner and Director of SoCal TC Services, bringing more than two decades of real estate expertise, transaction management, and leadership to every client she serves. Her extensive background provides a unique perspective that blends hands-on real estate experience with a deep understanding of contracts, negotiations, compliance, and the complexities of today’s real estate transactions.

Before dedicating herself fully to real estate, Raquel spent more than six years as a litigation paralegal specializing in corporate real estate law, developing a strong foundation in contracts, legal processes, and attention to detail. She later managed one of the nation’s largest REO and asset management companies, leading teams responsible for overseeing property renovations, contractor coordination, and maximizing asset value. This experience refined her negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills while giving her invaluable insight into preparing homes for market and achieving the highest possible return.

Since earning her California real estate license in 2003, Raquel has successfully worked across all aspects of the Orange County real estate market, representing buyers and sellers, assisting investors, and navigating complex transactions including short sales, foreclosures, and traditional sales. Through SoCal TC Services, she combines her real estate knowledge with her passion for organization and client service, helping agents and clients experience smoother, more efficient transactions from contract to close.

A California native and longtime San Clemente resident of more than 26 years, Raquel is deeply connected to the coastal communities she serves and passionate about the homes and neighborhoods that make Southern California unique. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and dedication, she takes pride in creating customized experiences, providing strategic guidance, and delivering a high standard of service throughout every real estate journey.
