A Dual Agency product is the essential package of services from Contract to Close. Our Dual Agency services include:

• Manage and ensure purchase agreement gets satisfied by all parties.
• Calendar key dates and contingencies, to mitigate risk and prioritize time.
• Coordinate order of appraisal, inspections and reports, to stay on top deadlines and confirm on track for scheduled close.
• Collaborate with escrow, title and lender to keep all informed, roadblocks are eliminated, and close deals faster.
• Ensure compliance with broker and DRE for faster pay of agent commissions.

• Each service is managed by an experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) which provides Agents the peace of mind they need on each transaction.
• Our team of TC’s hold a California Real Estate License, opening the opportunity for TC’s to take on more “Agent” tasks, providing a second set of eyes and giving you back your time.
• Managing transactions digitally expedites delivery and removes the issues often involved in paper transactions, increasing productivity and compliance for real estate agents and teams.

Who benefits most from dual agency?

Although there are some benefits for the seller and buyer, the person who benefits the most from this type of agreement is the dual agent themselves. After all, the dual agent will want to strike a deal that works for both parties.
