Pre-Listing Management (for seller representation)

A real estate Pre-Listing product is the essential package of services prior to an active listing. Our Pre-Listing services include:

• Prepare and manage all listing documents to ensure documents are fully executed and in compliance with broker and DRE. 
• Order property staging, schedule marketing photos, and drone photography.
• Schedule post installation and “Just Listed” to launch new listing.
• Coordinate installation of Supra Keybox to allow savvy agents to leverage their time and get a head start on the active market.
• Provide MLS entry, with detailed description and upload photos and links, for maximum exposure.
• Optional post to social media to drive sales and engage your audience.

• Each service is managed by an experienced Transaction Coordinator (TC) which provides Agents the peace of mind they need on each transaction.
• Our team of TC’s hold a California Real Estate License, opening the opportunity for TC’s to take on more “Agent” tasks, providing a second set of eyes and giving you back your time.
• Managing transactions digitally expedites delivery and removes the issues often involved in paper transactions, increasing productivity and compliance for real estate agents and teams.

Do I Need a Transaction Coordinator?

If you are currently doing all of the work yourself, there’s nothing wrong with that. However, if you see how difficult it can be to manage even one property, hiring someone to take over at least some responsibility makes sense. A real estate transaction coordinator can help by taking care of the little things you may not have time for. It also frees up some time to be more productive and increase sales.
